Member Dashboard
Members, also known as customers, are the sole user group with the ability to sign up independently to your Voucheriser platform. They can easily register and log into the system via the homepage, such as https://yourbusiness.voucheriser.com/en-us, or if your are using your own custom domain https://www.yourdomain.com/en-us.
Please contact us if you wish to have your own Custom Domain!
The en-us in the url above is the default language of your Voucheriser portal. You can change the default language in the admin dashboard Settings section!
The homepage has the list of all your businesses and under each business the Voucher Sets and Loyalty Cards are visible (if display on HomePage is selected refer to Business Units (Partners)) as a wallet where members can Purchase Voucher Sets, redeem Items, collect loyalty cards and save/claim for rewards.
🙎♀️🙎♂️ Customers (Members)
Members, are your Day to Day customers, they can Purchase your Vouchers Sets and Redeem Items (products/services) from them, purchase Gift Cards and Redeem values in them or follow (Register) your defined Loyalty Cards to earn points and claim them for Rewards.
💳 Vouchers Sets
Purchasing a Voucher Set
Members could Purchase the Vouchers Sets directly from the homepage, by selecting the desired Vouchers Set and clicking on "Buy this Voucher" button.
{info} Admin user should define the Payment Gateway for this option to work, please refer to Payment Gateway for more details. Please note that you plan should support online purchase of Vouchers set to have this function.
Alternatively, staff can sell a Vouchers Set to a member, staff can click on the Vouchers link in member section to get the list of active and not expired Vouchers Sets to sell to customer. To do this, the staff member must be affiliated with the same shop/club as the Vouchers Set. In the Vouchers section staff can select an active and not expired vouchers set to sell to the member.
After selecting the desired Vouchers Set, and clicking on Sell Voucher to Member, staff can add quantity of Vouchers Set that Member whishes to buy, add the payment reference and any notes and complete the transaction. As shown in below picture:
{warning} Staff will only have access to the Vouchers Sets that has been allocated to the staff shop/club by partner!
Member will receive email communication on the Purchase and will see the Vouchers Set in their Wallet. Refer to Member Area for more details related to member!

🔖 Gift Cards
Purchasing a Gift Card
Members could Purchase the Gift Card directly from the homepage, by selecting the desired Gift and clicking on "Buy this Card" button.
{info} Admin user should define the Payment Gateway for this option to work, please refer to Payment Gateway for more details. Please note that you plan should support online purchase of Gift Card to have this function.
Your customers can also purchase Gift Cards for someone else as Gift, they just need to mark the "To Gift" and fill the recipient information during purchase.
Alternatively, staff can sell a Gift Card to a member, staff can click on the Gift Card link in member section to get the list of active and not expired Vouchers Sets to sell to customer. To do this, the staff member must be affiliated with the same shop/club as the Gift Card. In the Gift section staff can select an active and not expired gift card to sell to the member.
After selecting the desired Gift Card, and clicking on Sell Card to Member, staff can add quantity of Gift Card that Member whishes to buy, add the payment reference and any notes and complete the transaction. As per your customer request, staff can also sell the gift card to your customer recipient as per your customer request. staff can fill the recipient details.

🎁 Loyalty Cards
Acquiring Loyalty Cards
The design intent is for users to follow loyalty cards and collect/redeem points by scanning QR codes. This provides significant flexibility for members to find loyalty cards from different businesses within the system without those businesses knowing about each other. These could be competitors or businesses that otherwise do not want to be associated with each other.
Members can add loyalty cards from the QR codes they encounter in your website, shop or ad of the loyalty card in your social media, on a menu, window display, advertisement, or business card.
After a member follows a Loyalty card, the card will be available in the Wallet of the Member and member can interact with the card.

Member Wallet
Members can see all the Vouchers sets purchased or Loyalty Cards followed in their Wallet, and see transactions and redeem items when they want.

Members could earn Rewards by showing their qr-code to the staff at each shop that the loyalty card belongs to, after purchasing or any other activities as defined by your business to earn points.

Members can locate Vouchers Sets, Gift Cards and Loyalty Cards in several ways.
Browsing the Website
In the Front-page (HomePage) of your Voucheriser portal, a link to this Page could be added as addition to your own existing website. Customers can easily find the list of your Vouchers Sets and Loyalty Cards via the homepage, such as https://yourbusiness.voucheriser.com/en-us, or if your are using your own custom domain https://www.yourdomain.com/en-us.
Scanning QR Code
This is probably the most direct method of engaging people in specific campaign. Each Vouchers Set or Loyalty Card has a unique URL. Turn this URL into a QR code and display it wherever it suits you, on business cards, menus, window displays, flyers, Social Media, promotional materials, and more. This provides an easy gateway for potential members to find your products/services bundle, Prepaid Packages or Membership programs.
