AI raffle software

Raffle software for shop and win campaigns

A shop and win platform for malls, retailers and brands. Shoppers scan a QR code and upload their receipt, advanced AI reads it, the software checks it and adds their entries, and you draw the winners in front of witnesses.

How it works

How a raffle campaign works, in four steps

Scan the QR code

A poster in the shop opens your campaign page on the shopper’s own phone. There is no app to download.

Upload the receipt

The shopper adds photos of the receipt or a PDF, and advanced AI reads it automatically.

Get entries

Entries follow the amount spent. If one entry needs a spend of 150, a receipt of 300 gives two.

Draw the winners

When the campaign closes, the entry list is locked and prizes are drawn in order, with witnesses.

AI receipt reading

Advanced AI that reads a receipt twice when it matters

Advanced AI reads every receipt. When something looks unclear, a second, more advanced AI model reads it again and the two readings are compared. That extra check catches mistakes a single reading can miss.

  • Reads photos, PDFs and handwritten receipts, even when they’re rotated or spread across several photos.
  • Flags anything it can’t read with confidence instead of guessing.
  • A more advanced AI model takes a second look when a detail is missing or unclear, a receipt is handwritten, or the shop, date, currency or lines don’t check out.
  • If the two readings disagree on the total or invoice number, your staff decide, so that receipt never counts automatically.
  • The software works out the entries itself. AI reads the receipt, but it never decides who gets entries.

For your shoppers

Easy to enter, in the shopper’s own language

Everything happens in the phone’s browser. Run your campaign in the languages you choose, including right-to-left languages.

  • They give their name, email and mobile, and confirm with a code sent by email.
  • They send up to five photos of a receipt, or a PDF.
  • They see their entries on screen and receive the same result by email.
  • They can sign in later to see their total and send more receipts.

Receipt checks

A raffle platform that checks every receipt

AI reads each receipt in the language it’s printed in, then the software checks the details. Anything still unclear goes to your staff.

The right shop

The shop on the receipt must be on your campaign list, under any of the names you added.

No repeated invoices

An invoice counts once per shop, even if its number is written differently.

The right dates and currency

The receipt must be dated inside the campaign and use the campaign’s currency.

A total that adds up

The lines on the receipt are added up and compared with the printed total.

Real proof of purchase

Quotations and altered receipts are refused or held for your staff, as you choose.

Compare with your till

Upload a CSV file from the till to find receipts that don’t match, and remove them from the draw.

Your rules

Shop and win software that follows your rules

Each campaign has its own rules, with safe defaults already on.

Spend for one entry

Choose the amount and the currency for each campaign.

Entry limits

Limit entries per receipt and per day, and receipts per person.

Minimum age

Set a minimum age that shoppers confirm when they enter.

Your team stays out

Staff and witnesses are excluded from the draw, matched by email and mobile.

What counts toward the spend

Write the rule for items such as delivery or gift cards, and your staff apply it when they check a receipt.

Shops and prizes

List every shop taking part and every prize, with its number of winners and claim deadline.

The draw

A prize draw you can prove

Every step of the draw is recorded, so you can show how each winner was chosen.

  • The entry list is locked before the draw, and it can’t be unlocked.
  • A fingerprint of the list is stored, so any later change can be detected.
  • Winners are picked at random from a secure source, prize by prize, in the order you set.
  • One prize per person and a reserve list are on by default.
  • Your organiser and a witness must both confirm each prize. Witnesses can come from outside your business.
  • Print a certificate with the prize, winning tickets, witnesses and time. Winners are told by email.

Brand and data

Your brand, your address, your data

Shoppers see your business from the poster to the result.

Your own web address

Run the campaign on an address such as win.yourbrand.com.

A printable poster

Print a poster with your prizes, the steps and the QR code, in each page language.

Your design

Set your colours, background photo and logo for each campaign.

A counter link

A shop tablet can take entries, signing out after each customer.

Your downloads

Download your customer list, tickets and receipt files.

Files deleted on schedule

Receipt photos are deleted after a set period. The draw record stays, so the result can still be proved.

FAQ

Questions about raffle software

It is software that runs a prize draw linked to purchases. Shoppers upload their receipts, the software checks them and adds entries, and winners are drawn when the campaign closes.

You choose your campaign page languages from English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian and Japanese. Receipts are read in the language they’re printed in, and anything unclear goes to your staff.

An advanced AI model reads the shop, invoice number, date, currency, total and line items on each receipt. If anything is unclear or the details don’t check out, a more advanced model reads it again. If the two readings disagree on the total or invoice number, your staff check the receipt.

It depends on the receipt: clear printed receipts are easiest, while faded or handwritten ones are harder. Accuracy is protected in layers: a second AI reading when needed, software checks on every receipt, and your staff for anything still unclear. A trial lets you test it on your own receipts.

Each receipt is checked for the shop, invoice number, date, currency and total. Repeated invoices are refused, unclear receipts wait for your staff, and you can compare entries with a file from your till.

Prize promotions often need permission from an authority, and the rules differ by country and region. The organiser is responsible for this. We don’t apply for permits, we are not a government service, and our draw certificate is not issued by an authority.

Yes. Campaigns can run in dirhams with Arabic and English pages, and Arabic receipts are read. The organiser arranges any permit needed and can add its reference to the campaign.

It is priced separately from our other products. Tell us about your campaign and we’ll send you a quote.

Yes. Ask us about a trial with a limited number of receipts. Trial receipts are read as normal but don’t add entries.

Receipt photos and line items are deleted after a set period, once the draw is complete. The draw record and certificate stay.
