Terms of service

The agreement between your business and us when you use Voucheriser.

Last updated October 24, 2026

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Digiten Technologies LLC-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (registration number 2306345.01), with its office at Meydan Free Zone, Meydan Hotel, Ground Floor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). Voucheriser is our product.

They apply to businesses that open a Voucheriser account ("you", "your business") and to the staff they add. Customers who join a business's program through the Voucheriser wallet are covered by the section "Using the wallet as a member".

By creating an account or using Voucheriser, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that business.

What Voucheriser does

Voucheriser lets a business run digital loyalty cards, stamp cards, points, vouchers, rewards, prepaid packs and receipt raffles. Customers keep their cards in a web wallet on their phone, and the business's staff record stamps, points and pack visits from their own phones. Businesses can also send emails to their members, see reports, and connect services such as Shopify and Google Wallet.

We keep improving Voucheriser, so features may change over time. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during the period you have already paid for.

Your account

  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do.
  • Each staff member must have their own login. Do not share logins.
  • Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Plans and billing

  • You can use the free plan for as long as you like, within its limits. Paid plans add higher limits and more features, as shown on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. The price, and any VAT or other tax, is shown before you pay.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • If a payment fails, we will let you know and try again. If it still cannot be collected, we may move your account to the free plan or suspend paid features.
  • If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change affects you. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
  • When you move up a plan, the change starts straight away. When you move down, it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling and closing your account

  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.
  • We do not refund partial periods, including when you cancel or move down a plan part way through a period.
  • You can close your account completely from your account settings. Billing stops straight away, with no refund for the rest of the period. For a short time afterwards your staff can still honour what customers have already earned, and then the account is closed.
  • Before you close your account, export anything you want to keep, such as your member list.

Your programs, your offers and your money

You run your own programs. That means:

  • You decide what your cards, vouchers, rewards and packs offer, and you are responsible for honouring them.
  • You set the terms of your offers and packs, including any expiry date, and you are responsible for making sure those terms, and how you advertise them, follow the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and tax laws.
  • We never handle your customers' money. When you sell a prepaid pack or anything else, your customer pays you directly, at your counter, in your own online store or through your own payment provider. Voucheriser only records what was bought. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes with your customers are between you and them.
  • You are responsible for the emails you send to your members through Voucheriser, and for having the right to send them.

Raffles and prize draws

If you run a raffle or prize draw with Voucheriser:

  • The raffle is yours. You decide the prizes, who may enter, how many tickets a receipt earns, and when entries close. You are responsible for the prizes and for giving them to the winners.
  • Permits are your responsibility. Prize draws and promotions are regulated in many places. In the UAE, a draw usually needs a permit from the economic department of the emirate, such as the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, and some draws must be held in front of an official witness. You must get every permit your raffle needs before you open it to customers and follow its conditions. We do not apply for permits for you.
  • Receipts are checked for you, and then by your staff. When a customer sends a receipt, Voucheriser reads it automatically to fill in the amount, date and receipt number. Your staff approve or refuse each entry. You can also compare entries with your own till records. You are responsible for the final decision on each entry.
  • How winners are chosen. Voucheriser picks winners at random from the valid tickets when you run the draw, and keeps a record of the draw and the people who confirmed it. Run the draw only when the entries are final.
  • Receipt photos are deleted after the keep period you choose, between 1 and 36 months after entries close. We remind you before they are deleted. The draw record and the list of winners are kept.

Using the wallet as a member

If you are a customer of a business and use the Voucheriser wallet:

  • Your cards, points, vouchers and packs are offered by each business, not by us. Each business decides its own rules, rewards and expiry dates, and is responsible for honouring them.
  • Questions about a reward, a pack or a purchase should go to the business first.
  • Use the wallet only for yourself. Do not try to collect stamps, points or rewards you have not earned.
  • You can leave a business's program or delete your account at any time from the wallet.

Acceptable use

You must not use Voucheriser to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else to do so;
  • send spam, or email people who have not agreed to hear from you;
  • mislead customers, for example with offers you do not intend to honour;
  • upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use;
  • try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or test, probe or disrupt our systems;
  • copy, modify, translate, or make works based on Voucheriser or any part of it;
  • decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Voucheriser, or try to obtain its source code, except where the law allows this despite these terms;
  • scrape or extract Voucheriser's code, designs or content, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
  • remove or hide any notice of our ownership, except where a white-label arrangement with us allows it;
  • rent, sell, sublicense or resell Voucheriser, or use it to build or help build a competing product.

Your data

  • Your business data and your member list belong to you. You can export your member list at any time while your account is open. This means the data itself, not the software, database structure, reports or features used to hold and show it.
  • You give us permission to store and process that data only to provide Voucheriser to you, as described in our privacy policy.
  • For the personal data of your members, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling your customers how you use it. We will help you respond to their requests.
  • If your website or branded pages need a cookie or consent banner under the laws that apply to you, you are responsible for making sure it is turned on and set up correctly for your business.

Where your data is hosted

  • By default, Voucheriser and your data are hosted in the United Arab Emirates. Some of our service providers may process data in other countries, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Hosting in another region is your choice and your responsibility. If you ask us to host your data, or any part of it, in another country or region, and we agree in writing, we do so on your instructions. You are then responsible for choosing that region and for making sure that storing and processing the data there, and moving it there, complies with every law that applies to you and your members, including data protection, data residency and sector rules. You are also responsible for any notices, consents, registrations and transfer safeguards those laws require.
  • We may decline a request for another region, or agree only with extra fees and conditions. Hosting elsewhere does not change who owns Voucheriser.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses, fines or claims that arise because data is hosted in, or moved to, a region you chose, or because the laws of your country require your data to be kept in a particular place and you did not tell us and agree it with us in writing.

Our intellectual property

Voucheriser is a hosted service (software as a service). You get access to it over the internet. You do not buy it, and you never receive a copy of it.

  • Everything that makes up Voucheriser belongs to us or our licensors. That includes its source code and object code, databases and their structure, features, templates, layouts, designs, workflows, APIs, documentation, AI prompts and brand, and every update, improvement and new version of any of them.
  • You get a licence, not ownership. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use Voucheriser for your own business while your account is open and your plan is paid. Any right we do not give you in these terms stays with us.
  • No source code. You have no right to receive, inspect, host, copy or keep the source code of Voucheriser, or any part of it, at any time, including when your account closes. We do not place it in escrow for you.
  • Your content stays yours. You keep the rights in your own logos, designs, texts and content, and you give us permission to use and display them as needed to run your programs.
  • Feedback and requests. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feature requests, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything. A feature does not become yours because you asked for it, suggested it or were the first to use it.
  • Service data. We may use anonymised and aggregated information about how Voucheriser is used, which does not identify you or your members, to run, secure and improve it.

Custom domains, white-label and custom features

Some plans or separate agreements let you show Voucheriser under your own domain, your own name and branding (white-label), or include features or settings made for you. In every case:

  • Voucheriser stays ours. Your domain, your branding or our removal of our own branding changes how the service looks, not who owns it. You get no right in the software, its source code or any feature.
  • Any feature, integration, setting, template or change we build, configure or adapt for you, even at your request and even if you pay for it, belongs to us. We may offer it to other customers. You may use it as part of Voucheriser under these terms, and only while your account is open, unless we agree otherwise in writing and that agreement expressly transfers ownership.
  • You are responsible for your domain, including registering and renewing it, pointing it to us as we instruct, and having the right to use the name and branding you show. If your domain stops pointing to us or lapses, your branded pages may stop working.
  • You must not present Voucheriser, or any part of it, as software you own or have developed, or offer it to others as your own product, except as a white-label service that a written agreement with us expressly allows.
  • When your account or white-label arrangement ends, your right to use Voucheriser under your domain and branding ends too. You may export your data as described in "Your data", but you do not receive a copy of the software.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep Voucheriser available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it briefly for maintenance or upgrades, and we will try to do that at quiet times.

You can reach us at [email protected], by phone or on WhatsApp at +971 50 335 7699.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services run by others, such as Stripe, Google Wallet, Shopify and OpenAI. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and we may have to change or remove a feature if a third party changes or ends its service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you do not pay, or if we must do so by law. Where we can, we will give you a chance to fix the problem first and time to export your data.

When your account closes for any reason, your licence to use Voucheriser ends, including under any custom domain or white-label arrangement. The sections on our intellectual property, custom domains and white-label, where your data is hosted, limits on our liability, your responsibility to us, and governing law continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in these terms, Voucheriser is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, for example that it will meet every need of your business or produce a particular result.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data;
  • our total liability to you for all claims connected with Voucheriser in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party, including one of your customers, makes a claim against us because of your offers, your content, your emails, your domain or branding, a hosting region you chose, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Voucheriser after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it with you in good faith. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
  • These terms, together with our privacy policy and any written order or agreement we sign with you, are the whole agreement between you and us about Voucheriser. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement applies only where it expressly says it overrides them. Nothing in a quote, invoice, purchase order or email transfers ownership of any part of Voucheriser to you.
  • These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version applies.
