Why we built it
Paper cards get lost. Big loyalty systems cost too much.
Most small businesses still run loyalty on paper. Cards get lost, left at home or stamped twice, and the owner never really learns who their regulars are.
The alternatives were built for chains: an app to install, a till to replace, a contract to sign. That is too much for a coffee shop with three staff.
So we built something a business can set up in an afternoon. The customer scans a QR code, the card appears on their phone, and staff stamp it from the phone in their pocket. Prepaid packs work the same way, and the money always goes straight to the business.
